Call Center Services International is seeking a proactive Sales Trainer to guide learning and development for the Auto Refinance team. You will identify training gaps, craft a learning plan, and create tools such as online lessons and step-by-step guides to ensure team members have the right skills to succeed.

You will collaborate with leaders, coaches, and trainers, collect data to tailor materials, and lead sessions for new hires while supporting ongoing staff development.

Formación

• Real work experience in a call center setting.
• At least one year of training, coaching, or creating lessons.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Create and follow a plan to determine training needs.
• Collaborate with leaders and other trainers to align goals.
• Collect data to build focused training materials.
• Convert research into high-quality training tools and resources.
• Plan and run new training programs and develop supporting materials.
• Ensure training content quality before use.
• Maintain a central library of training documents.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Monitor performance metrics to improve training effectiveness.
