Call Center Services International is seeking a Sales Trainer to lead educational programs in the Auto Refinance division. You will analyze benchmarks, identify training gaps, and build an ecosystem of learning with online modules, guides, and interactive workshops to elevate the sales team’s skills and results.

The role requires collaboration with trainers, department heads, and leadership, plus the creation of various instructional tools and performance-focused trainings.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in training and development roles.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage a strategic timeline for training needs analyses.
• Partner with internal teams to align training with business goals.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to guide training strategies.
• Develop high-quality training materials from research and assessments.
• Launch training programs and resources to boost performance.
• Test and polish educational tools for clarity and effectiveness.
• Organize a central hub for training documents and resources.
• Conduct orientation sessions and promote ongoing staff development.
• Assess employee progress to identify areas for improvement.
