Role Opportunity

Join our dynamic sales team at the forefront of innovation, where you will champion our market-leading Agentic Process Automation platform as the Sales Director for Mexico. This pivotal role will lead the Mexico sales team directly, driving strategic growth and execution across the region. You’ll also coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering (SE), Marketing, and Partner Account Management (PAM) through dotted-line relationships to ensure alignment and impact.

We’re looking for a player-coach — someone who can lead with vision and also personally manage 3–4 highly strategic accounts. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy in Mexico, while maintaining rigorous standards in forecasting, MEDDICC qualification, and account planning.

You’ll report to: Regional Sales Director

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:
  • Leading and mentoring the Mexico sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

  • Driving alignment across SE, Marketing, and PAM functions to maximize regional impact.
  • Enforcing global best practices, including forecast discipline, MEDDICC rigor, and account planning reviews.
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
