Aufgaben

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and other channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately following procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Execute handling of all merchandise from shipment to replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
