The role reports to Store Management Team and requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. You will engage customers, promote AE loyalty programs, and support the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately per cash control guidelines.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Assist in shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with store leadership on issues.
