American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate in our Chihuahua, Mexico store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales goals. You will use AE loyalty programs and product knowledge to engage customers, while maintaining a neat and organized sales floor and accurate point-of-sale transactions.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and adaptability, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions
• Suggest looks and trends to match customer style
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom
• Manage merchandise from shipment to floorsets, markdowns, replenishment, and backroom SOPs
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership escalation as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
