Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
• Collaborative and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to receive feedback and act on it.
• Ability to stand, move and handle products for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology and checkout systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver positive customer experiences and help achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Suggest looks and trends to customers based on their style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands through cross-selling channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash-control procedures.
• Restock returns and damaged merchandise to correct locations.
• Maintain neat and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy, partnering with store leadership.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
