American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Sales Associate in Chihuahua to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service while maintaining a neat, clean and well-presented store environment at all times.

Role model AE values, promote loyalty programs, handle transactions, restock merchandise, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer First experience.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to colleagues through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with key looks based on their style and trends.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returned merchandise correctly and label damaged items for disposition.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
