Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Use store tools and POS systems to provide product knowledge and assist customers.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to outfit customers according to their style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
