American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Campeche to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales, guide customers through loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized store environment while using AE systems efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will represent AE values and promote the aerie brand while assisting customers with fashion needs.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Proficient with technology and able to use store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by guiding customers through loyalty programs and promotions.
• Use store tools and knowledge to provide product information and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged items properly.
• Maintain neat and safe sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership support when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
