The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining a neat, well-presented store environment. You will model AE values and Customer First behaviors to create a positive experience for every customer.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong collaboration and product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to confidently provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees through sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
