American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet daily sales goals. You will leverage AE loyalty programs, provide product knowledge, and assist customers with styling and promotions while maintaining a neat, welcoming store environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and aiding in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels.
