The role emphasizes knowledge of AE loyalty programs, building brand loyalty, and presenting current fashion looks to customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions accurately, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a neat, organized store environment.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive daily sales.
• Explain AE loyalty programs to customers.
• Use store tech to provide product knowledge.
• Assist customers and colleagues to complete tasks.
• Suggest looks based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands via additional channels.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe sales floor and stockroom.
• Follow SOPs for shipments, floorsets, markdowns.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy.
