• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and sales leadership team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods and reach/bend to handle products.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and achieve daily goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits.
• Utilize store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and interactions.
• Suggest outfits and current promotions based on customer style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock and organize merchandise and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Assist with shipment processing, floorsets, and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with leadership support.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
