American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our Mexico City store. You will generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and by applying AEO’s Customer First standards in every customer interaction.

You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, operate the register accurately and maintain a neat, organized sales floor to support a safe shopping environment and promote brand loyalty.

Qualificações

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short breaks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Utilize store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and boost sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and aerie brands through additional channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise flow from shipment to floor and backroom SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and coordinate with store leadership for escalations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
