The role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and technology skills to assist customers and process transactions efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive customer experiences by applying AE Customer First selling standards and achieving daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands through additional channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations; label and store damaged items properly.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Manage shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership for escalated issues.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
