Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and sales leadership.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and how they work.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain store, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom to ensure safety and presentation.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment while following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership involvement.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
