American Eagle Outfitters in Torreón, Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales through friendly, knowledgeable service. You will keep the store neat, stock shelves, and help customers find the right looks to express their personal style.

Roles include promoting AE and aerie brands, applying promotions, and handling transactions with accuracy. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods and handle products.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by being knowledgeable about all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees through knowledge sharing and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
