American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Metepec, Mexico to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will be responsible for customer-focused service, product knowledge, and executing promotions while maintaining a neat and organized store environment. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially with customers and team leadership.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action accordingly.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with short rest breaks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and loyalty programs.
• Provide support to coworkers and share knowledge.
• Help customers find looks and promote current promotions.
• Maintain brand standards on the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to cash control procedures.
• Ensure proper restocking and labeling of merchandise.
• Assist with shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment.
