Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an Engagement Representative in Mexico to drive awareness and schedule onboarding demos for our platform. You will coordinate onboarding with implementation and account teams, demo product use cases, and maintain a full demo pipeline through proactive outreach.

The role requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to manage high-volume outbound activity in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, telemarketing, administrative or sales environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and high-volume outbound activity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding with implementation and account teams to ensure smooth setup.
• Speak to or demo product use cases at a high level.
• Make calls to employer groups to schedule demonstrations of the platform.
• Maintain a full onboarding demo pipeline through proactive outreach.
• Set up partner portals and assist with bulk user/client uploads.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Account Managers, Product and Marketing to capture feedback.
