Mitrat eh is seeking an Engagement Representative to drive awareness for partner clients and schedule onboarding demonstrations. The role requires handling high-volume outbound calls, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.

The position focuses on onboarding new clients, speaking about product use cases at a high level, and supporting ongoing admin tasks across departments. Mexico residence is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, administrative, or sales environments preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with active listening.
• Ability to manage a heavy volume of phone calls and multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients and coordinate with implementation and account teams.
• Call and schedule product demonstrations for prospective employers."
• Maintain onboarding demo pipeline by proactively contacting new clients.
• Update Salesforce and other internal systems with accurate data.
