Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks an experienced HR Operations Specialist to lead Rippling implementation and manage administration, payroll, time tracking, and multi‑state policies for U.S. employees.

This fully remote role in Latin America offers ownership of the Rippling system and close collaboration with a U.S.-based, multi-location business across onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience supporting U.S. employees.
• Strong hands‑on experience implementing and managing Rippling.
• Experience configuring new entities, locations, employee records, payroll, benefits, job codes, and onboarding workflows in Rippling.
• Experience administering HR processes for both full‑time and part‑time U.S. employees.
• Experience preparing offer letters and employment agreements and maintaining employee records.
• Experience setting up multi‑state HR policies, including PTO, sick leave, overtime, and breaks.
• Experience implementing and managing time tracking, timecard approvals, and payroll integration in Rippling.
• Ability to train managers and employees on HR processes and systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rippling implementation and HRIS management.
• Configure entities, locations, and onboarding workflows in Rippling.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and state IDs in Rippling.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update compensation and roles.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and system efficiency.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters and employment agreements.
• Maintain and update HR documentation across locations.
• Train staff on HR processes and systems.
• Support HR and payroll questions from employees and managers.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks with follow‑through.
