Rippling is hiring a Global Payroll Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will own operational aspects across select countries, partner with external vendors, and help expand Rippling’s payroll capabilities globally.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in global payroll processing, strong Mexico payroll experience, and a track record in client-facing roles. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient payroll execution and timely issue resolution.

Formación

• 4+ years in a global payroll processing role.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Strong Mexico payroll experience.
• Experience running payroll in-house with the most common Mexico payroll softwares.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for all customers across key countries.
• Drive issue resolution and communication with government agencies and partners; interface with customers and resolve issues on their behalf.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports tax and compliance requirements.
• Ensure internal tooling requirements are properly prioritized and implemented.
