Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR management experience in small-to-mid-sized org.
• Proficiency with Gusto, Indeed, and other HR software/tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure company compliance for licenses, certifications, and inspections.
• Post job openings, vet candidates, coordinate interviews, and draft offers.
• Manage onboarding, employee files, uniforms, and workspace setup.
• Oversee payroll and benefits setup, timesheet issues, and terminations.
• Track training completions and renewal dates, maintain turnover analytics.
