PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico is seeking a senior RGM leader to drive downstream integration across Commercial, focusing on Dx, WCCE, and GTM, with emphasis on price optimization and assortment.

You will build frontline KPIs, enable senior stakeholders with visibility, and upskill the Commercial team for effective RGM integration, while collaborating with cross-functional S&T and marketing partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in FMCG Sales, Commercial and Finance.
• 3+ years experience in RGM.
• RGM, Sales, Dx and Trade marketing in multichannel capabilities.
• Proven track record deploying complex transformational projects.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver RGM downstream integration framework for pricing and assortment.
• Build KPIs and incentive structures for RGM levers.
• Deliver RGM Commercial integration framework for visibility to leaders.
• Support RGM Big Rocks integration into Dx and WCCE.
• Drive upsilling of Commercial organization for RGM integration.
• Define long-term digital vision with Commercial and S&T teams.
• Share best practices across International markets.
• Lead value realization tracking and business case development.
