Diageo plc in Mexico City seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to drive top-line growth and gross margin through pricing, assortment and channel strategies. You will partner with regional teams and lead a multifunctional RGM group across levers and channels.

The role requires a degree in business or related field, strong English and excellent communication, plus 6+ years in CPG revenue management, P&L ownership and strategic planning.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (90%).
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the RGM team to drive growth, pricing and assortment strategies.
• Lead planning, performance management and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Channels and Channel Heads to optimize promotions and terms.
• Support P&L awareness and drive cross-functional alignment.
