Blip is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team in Mexico City. This role is crucial for driving and optimizing revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance and requires on-site presence.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in revenue-related tasks, including analytics and systems management. A strong background in SQL and CRM tools is essential, as well as experience in SaaS revenue models.

Formación

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics roles.
• Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
• Solid experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn).
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize core revenue processes across the funnel.
• Drive visibility and consistency across key metrics.
• Partner with sales leadership to define and track strategic KPIs.
• Support quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Work with the Data Team to structure and maintain reliable datasets.
