Job summary
Cobalto Talent is seeking a RevOps/CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will go beyond admin tasks, integrating AI-driven workflows and connecting our tech stack to automate lead qualification and personalize outreach.
The role emphasizes systems thinking, strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) and the ability to design multi-step automations using Zapier/Make, with an eye on data integrity and measurable
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of RevOps or SalesOps experience.
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
- Experience with Zapier/Make for automations.
- Integration of Generative AI with CRMs via APIs.
- Advanced English (B2/C1) and basic web tech knowledge (JSON/HTML/JS or Python).
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize CRMs for data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
- Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations with Zapier/Make.
- Design and manage AI agents for automated outreach and lead triage.
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards tracking metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions to boost productivity.
- Document workflows and train teams on new automation tools.
