Job summary

CobaltoTalent seeks a Revenue Operations / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. The role focuses on connecting apps, automating tasks with AI, and reducing manual data entry.

You will design AI-driven workflows, implement AI agents, and integrate CRM platforms with AI APIs to improve lead qualification and outreach efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of major CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and experience connecting Generative AI models to CRMs via APIs/webhooks.
• Proven ability to build complex automations that use AI modules for lead routing and CRM enrichment.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for collaboration with US-based teams.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript/Python).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms to ensure data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Design and deploy advanced workflow automations integrated with AI APIs.
• Develop internal or customer-facing AI agents for email drafting, chatbots, and call summaries.
• Build dashboards for real-time revenue metrics and conversions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions to boost productivity.
• Document workflows and train teams on AI systems.
