Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a Revenue Operations / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will connect HubSpot or Salesforce with automation tools, design AI-driven workflows, and reduce manual data entry while accelerating deal cycles.

The role emphasizes data structuring, API integrations, and building dashboards to monitor key metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of major CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
• Advanced prompt engineering and experience connecting Generative AI to CRMs via APIs.
• Ability to design multi-step automations using AI modules in the sales funnel.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) for US-based teams.
• Strong analytical skills with basic web tech knowledge (HTML, CSS, JSON, basic JavaScript/Python).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure pristine data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations (using Zapier, Make/Integromat) seamlessly integrated with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) to automate repetitive sales tasks and communications.
• Design, implement, and manage internal or customer-facing AI agents (e.g., automated email drafting, AI chatbots for lead triage, call transcription summarizers) tailored to our sales funnel.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into revenue metrics and conversion rates.
• Audit existing operational bottlenecks and propose tech-enabled, AI-powered solutions to radically increase the sales team's productivity.
• Document complex technical workflows and train internal teams on how to adopt newly implemented AI systems.
