Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a Revenue Operations / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will go beyond CRM admin to connect apps, design AI-driven workflows, and automate data entry and lead qualification.

You will implement AI agents, build dashboards, and ensure data hygiene across HubSpot/Salesforce, Zapier, and AI APIs. The role requires systems thinking, scripting basics, and clear communication with US teams

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of major CRMs (HubSpot is highly preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
• Advanced prompt engineering skills and hands-on experience connecting Generative AI models to CRMs and external databases via webhooks and APIs.
• Proven ability to build complex, multi-step automations that utilize AI modules.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) to communicate with US-based teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, basic JavaScript/Python).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure pristine data hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations (using Zapier, Make) seamlessly integrated with LLM APIs to automate repetitive sales tasks.
• Design, implement, and manage AI agents (email drafting, chatbots for lead triage, call transcription summaries).
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for real-time revenue metrics and conversions.
• Audit bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions to boost sales productivity.
• Document complex workflows and train teams on new AI systems.
