Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking a Revenue Operations / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will connect apps, deploy AI-driven agents, and automate lead qualification to hyper-personalize outreach.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in RevOps, strong HubSpot/Salesforce experience, and expertise in AI-enabled automations. This is a 100% remote LATAM role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Admin.
• Advanced HubSpot level or Salesforce and automation platforms (Zapier/Make).
• Strong AI integration skills with Generative AI models via APIs/webhooks.
• Ability to design multi-step automations using AI modules and CRM enrichment.
• Advanced English; communicate with US-based teams (B2/C1).
• Basic web tech: HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript or Python.
• Experience building AI agents and CRM enrichment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms to ensure data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations tied to LLM APIs.
• Design and manage AI agents for email drafting, chatbots, and call summaries.
• Build and maintain dashboards for revenue metrics and conversion rates.
• Audit bottlenecks and propose AI-powered improvements to boost productivity.
• Document workflows and train teams on new automation tools.
