Job summary

RevOps Careers is seeking a highly skilled RevOps / CRM & Automation Specialist to architect and optimize revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will administer CRM platforms, deploy advanced workflow automations, design and implement AI agents, and maintain performance dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in Revenue Ops or related fields, expert HubSpot and automation tooling, and strong English communication skills to collaborate with US teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of major CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
• Advanced prompt engineering and experience connecting Generative AI models to CRMs via APIs/webhooks.
• Proven ability to build multi-step automations using AI modules.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) to communicate with US-based teams.
• Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JSON/JavaScript/Python.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CRM platforms across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations and AI agents.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and document technical workflows.
• Audit operational bottlenecks and improve data structures for revenue operations.
