Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking a Revenue Operations / CRM & Automation Specialist for a 100% remote role in LATAM. You will architect and optimize revenue workflows, connect tech stacks, and deploy AI-driven agents to automate data entry and lead qualification.

The role demands systems thinking and experience linking CRMs with AI tools. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in RevOps or SalesOps, strong HubSpot/CRM knowledge, and hands-on AI automation experience.

Qualifications

2–4 years in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or Systems Administration.
Expert-level knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make).
Advanced prompt engineering and AI-model integration with CRMs via APIs/webhooks.
Proven ability to build complex, multi-step automations that utilize AI modules.
Advanced English (B2/C1) to communicate with US-based teams.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript/Python.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize CRM platforms to ensure data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Architect and deploy advanced workflow automations integrated with LLM APIs to automate repetitive sales tasks.
Design, implement, and manage AI agents for email drafting, chatbots, and CRM enrichment.
Build and maintain dashboards to show revenue metrics and conversion rates.
Audit bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutions to increase productivity.
Document workflows and train teams on new AI systems.
