Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role, based in Mexico, with 30%+ travel across Mexico and North America.

The role focuses on leading retail software implementations from discovery through testing, customer acceptance and go‑live, while owning project plans and managing risks across several active customer projects.

Qualifications

Experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, or inventory optimization).
Ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team.
Strong delivery judgment and executive presence.
Willingness to travel 30%+ across Mexico and North America.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
Translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product/technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
