Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs in Mexico is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on role is based in Mexico with 30%+ travel to Mexico and North America, requiring strong client-facing delivery and deep retail domain knowledge.

You will drive end-to-end software implementations from discovery through go-live, manage plans and risks, and collaborate with product and technical teams to turn fashion and apparel retail

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• Proven delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team and strong delivery judgment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly and operate in a senior IC role.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
