Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. The role is hands-on and based in Mexico, with 30%+ travel across Mexico and North America.

You will drive retail software implementations from discovery to go-live, own multi-project plans, and collaborate with product and technical teams to turn fashion and apparel requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail including planning, merchandising, allocation or inventory optimisation.
Proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams and strong delivery judgment.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
