Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is hiring a Retail Implementation Consultant based in Mexico with 30%+ travel across North America to lead customer-facing transformation projects from discovery to go-live. You will own project plans, milestones, dependencies and risks across several client engagements, translating fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.

You will also lead customer workshops, executive reviews and delivery discussions, and support discovery,

Qualifications

Experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort in a senior individual contributor role and traveling regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
