Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail operations (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
• Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to drive complex projects forward with limited teams and strong stakeholder presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution across multiple active projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
