Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex fashion and apparel retail transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is based in Mexico with 30%+ travel across Mexico and North America.

You will drive discovery, scope, testing and go-live, owning plans, milestones and risk management while coordinating with product and technical teams to deliver practical retail solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail implementations.
• Experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited team support.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and delivery reviews with clarity.
• Support discovery, demos, and scoping during pre-sales.
