Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Business Consultant - Retail to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is an individual contributor role based in Mexico, with 30%+ travel across Mexico and North America.

You will own project plans, run workshops with customers and guide discovery, scoping and go-live activities. Deep experience in fashion and apparel retail and retail technology implementations at customer sites is essential.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
