• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail.
• Experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and limited teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple client projects.
• Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
