Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs in Mexico is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on, individual contributor role is based in Mexico with 30%+ travel.

You will own end-to-end retail software implementations from discovery to go-live, translate fashion retail needs into practical solutions with product and tech teams, and lead workshops and reviews with customers.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Delivery judgment and strong customer presence to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort in a senior IC role and traveling regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
