American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Merida, MX to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will help customers with product knowledge, promote AE loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, well-presented store environment to maximize sales. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative team player with ability to take feedback.
• Proficient with technology and store tools.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with looks based on their style and current trends.
• Promote awareness of the AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
