You will role model AEO values, support teammates, and use in-store tools to provide product knowledge and drive customer engagement. The role includes handling transactions and maintaining brand standards daily.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of AE loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash handling procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations; label damaged items and place in appropriate area.
• Maintain brand standards for neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, replenishments while following SOP in backroom.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind; escalate to store leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
