You will use product knowledge to engage customers and promote AE loyalty programs. Candidates should have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on individual style and promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands through additional channels.
• Handle register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned items to correct location and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and stockroom.
• Process shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with leadership support.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
