American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Sales Associate in Cuernavaca to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales. You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain a pristine store, and participate in brand promotions.

This role supports teamwork and adheres to AE policies while offering a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The position reports to the Store Management Team and emphasizes customer loyalty, efficient cash handling, and brand presentation

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and boost sales.
• Support fellow employees and help with customer interactions when needed.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash handling guidelines.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to stock replenishment following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate with leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
