You will advise customers, handle packages, and support branch profitability through effective task management. The position requires a High School diploma, English proficiency, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Two years of customer service focused on sales is expected.
• Experience in cash management is preferred.
• Prior FedEx SCS Warehouse experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and sell FedEx products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with tracing packages and answering product questions.
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulations.
• Open/close branch, manage daily documentation and desk tasks.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support branch profitability.
