The position requires at least two years in customer service with sales focus, strong attention to detail, and English proficiency. Candidates must be able to lift up to 34 kg and work in a fast-paced fedex SCS warehouse

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years of customer service experience with sales focus.
• Experience with cash handling and FedEx SCS warehouse operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide over-the-counter customer service and clerical support.
• Assist customers with tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products/services.
• Check labels, content, weight, packaging, insurance values, and customs docs for shipments.
