Candidate must have a high school degree, basic English, and at least one year of clerical or customer service experience. The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs and working variable shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions about FedEx products and services.
• Prepare various operations reports.
• Handle customers with packages in the cage and maintain records (airway bills).
• Check packages for proper labeling, weight, content and customs documentation.
• Provide administrative support to Station Ops Manager and interface with customers on customs issues.
